Relativistic hadron densities on the light front

Since hadrons are manifestly relativistic systems composed from nearly massless constituents, relativistic effects must be correctly incorporated into spatial descriptions such as densities. These relativistic effects can easily be incorporated by using light front coordinates and integrating out the longitudinal spatial coordinate, giving a transverse density at fixed light front time. We show that the densities associated with the energy momentum tensor, including pressure distributions, can be obtained through 2D Fourier transforms of the gravitational form factors. We compare these fully relativistic 2D densities to 3D non-relativistic approximations, and show that a fully relativistic 3D density cannot be reconstructed using an inverse Abel transform.
