This workshop aims to review the present status of studies of the 3D structure of the nucleon via generalized parton distributions (GPDs) and formulate a plan for future development of the field. Particular emphasis will be placed on the formulation of concepts, the role of non-perturbative dynamics in hadron structure, the global analysis of experimental data, and the connection with current and future experimental programs.
Topics include:
- GPDs: Experiments at Jefferson Lab 12 GeV, COMPASS, EIC, PANDA, J-PARC, etc.
- GPDs: Theory and Lattice.
- GPDs: Global Analysis and Machine Learning.
- Path forward: Strategy for theory and experiment. Planning of White Paper.collaborations.
This is an in-person meeting. We do not provide a service for online participation of audience.
