In a series of five recent papers, with Ismail Zahed, we have addressed mesonic and baryonic light front Hamiltonians, their spectra and wave functions. Using Jacobi coordinates for three quarks, one has two longitudinal variables defined on equilateral triangle. Eigenfunctions of Laplacian on it are found, analytically and numerically, and those used as basis functions to treat nontrivial ``cup potential" stemming from on-light-front kinematics. We start with the simplest flavor-diagonal baryons (bbb, ccc, sss, uuu), and then proceed to those with a diquark pairing (nucleon included). Attempts are also made to include 5-q sector and address antiquark flavor anisotropy. PDFs, formfactors and GPD are calculated using these wave function. Another direction of these studies (discussed only briefly in the talk) are instanton-induced forces between quarks, such as radial and spin-dependent ones. We also calculated static instanton-induced three-quark potentials. All of them are in fair agreement with available lattice data.
