Selected topics related to the physics of the energy-momentum tensor (EMT) form factors are discussed. The topics are: 1) Three gravitational charges of the nucleon; 2) Force distributions inside hadrons, stability, and mechanical radius; 3) chiral EFT for nucleon and pions in external gravitational field; 4) Forces between quark and gluon subsystems from instantons.
