Within the framework of a relativistic single particle model, we have studies the lepton-nuclues scattering in the quasi-elastic region. We investigate the effects of nuclear medium, strangeness, final state interaction, and Coulomb distortion through quasi-elastic electron-nucleus scattering and neutrino-nucleus scattering.
