We study the flavor structure of the tetraquarks, which are made of two quarks and two antiquarks, and construct the Yukawa interactions of the tetraquarks from their SU(3) group structures. Tetraquark exotic mesons form singlet, octet, decu- plet, anti-decuplet, and 27-plet irreducible representations. The various couplings for the interactions of these tetraquarks and the baryons are studied and the SU(3) symmetric relations among coupling constants are derived. Our results on the rela- tive magnitude of coupling constants can be used to search for tetraquarks in future experiments.
